Do you have a commitment to success?

If you are thinking about coaching, it is because you want something to change; you want to become more effective. If you are a senior leader in a professional services organisation or have responsibility for leading a corporate legal function, I can help you unlock your potential and enable you to become more successful.

I am an executive coach and business consultant to professional service organisations and their leaders. I am the former Senior Partner and Managing Partner of CMS Cameron McKenna LLP and Executive Partner (based in Frankfurt) of its European business.

My role as your coach is to increase your self-awareness, to help you be clear about the choices you have and to close the gap between what you are currently doing and what you are capable of doing. You have the resources to meet your challenges; my role is to develop your resourcefulness through skilful questioning, challenge and support.

I am ideally placed to do that, with 30 years' experience as a practising lawyer, 14 years in leadership roles in a major multi-national professional services organisation and six years as a coach.

Coaching is about allowing individuals to set their agendas and to own the outcomes. Together, we will work to identify your key goals and to close the gap between where you are now and your potential.

In addition to being a coach, I am a member of the Faculty of Meyler Campbell. In that role, I tutor experienced business professionals either to practice as coaches or to apply coaching in their organisations at a senior level. The Meyler Campbell Business Coach Programme is the premier business coach training programme in the UK. I am also a founding fellow of the Institute of Coaching Professional Association at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, and have Myers Briggs MBTI® Step I and Step II certification.
